Terms of Service
Rules for using Knock Knock as a consumer or provider.
Effective date: 2026-06-17
Overview
These Terms govern your use of Knock Knock, operated by GetKnockKnock.live LLC, a Washington limited liability company.
By using the service, creating an account, joining a queue, or otherwise accessing the platform, you agree to these Terms and the policies they incorporate by reference.
Eligibility and Accounts
General users must be at least 13 and otherwise old enough to consent to data processing where required by law.
Providers must be at least 18 and able to form binding contracts. All users must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
Provider-Specific Terms
Providers are responsible for the offerings, pricing, timing, conduct, and room activity associated with their rooms.
Providers must honor the refund or cancellation terms they present to consumers, subject to platform rules, payment constraints, and legal requirements.
Providers are independent users of the platform, not employees, agents, or partners of GetKnockKnock.live LLC.
- Providers may be suspended or removed for fraud, abuse, safety concerns, or platform risk.
- Knock Knock provides platform tools and workflow support but is not the direct provider of the underlying creator-led service session.
- Providers may not present themselves as acting on behalf of the company without express authorization.
- Providers may not divert users into prohibited off-platform payment or booking flows.
- Payout or payment features may be limited or unavailable during MVP rollout.
Electronic Communications
You agree that we may provide notices and service communications by email, in-app message, SMS, push notification, or other supported channels.
This clause covers general electronic notices and works alongside the separate SMS / Transactional Messaging Notice.
Payments, Cancellations, and Fees
Payment features may involve method-on-file collection, authorization holds, later capture, processor involvement, and limited MVP availability.
Refunds, credits, cancellations, no-shows, lateness, rescheduling, chargebacks, and suspicious-payment investigations are governed by platform rules, provider terms where applicable, and processor constraints.
Service and Advice Disclaimers
Knock Knock provides marketplace, queueing, room, and workflow tooling rather than the provider's underlying advice or service.
We do not endorse a provider merely because that provider appears on the platform.
Availability, Liability, and Disputes
The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law, and features may change, pause, or discontinue during MVP rollout.
These Terms are governed by Washington law, and disputes will be handled through court-based dispute resolution rather than arbitration in v1.
