Prohibited Conduct

You may not misuse the service, interfere with platform security, impersonate others, scrape the service, use queues, notifications, or payment flows for fraud or abuse, or divert users into prohibited off-platform payment or booking flows.

• No unlawful use, harassment, abuse, threats, or impersonation.
• No unauthorized automation, scraping, or security circumvention.
• No attempts to access accounts, rooms, or data without authorization.
• No conduct that creates safety, trust, or reputational risk for the platform or its users.
